Why a class B motorhome is the best choice…

Why in today's economy and driving conditions is a Class B motorhome ideal? There are many reasons, and guess what, I'm going to tell you about them!

With rising fuel prices, it is tempting to give in to the twinge of panic that an RVer may get when thinking of the cost of filling up their tank. Let me tell you why you should overcome that twinge and drive right up to that gas pump!

Many travelers do not realize that they are still absorbing the cost of rising fuel prices when the travel by plane, stay at hotels and eat out in restaurants. How is that possible you ask? Well, the cost of fuel is added into airlines tickets, making it most expensive to get to your destination. Once you arrive your hotel rates will be higher due to the higher utilities paid by the hotel owners. And the price of eating out goes up as well as it costs more for restaurants to have the food transported to them.

Many people have a misconstrued notion that a conversion van is only for traveling long distances or for vacations. This is not at all the case! Conversion vans make excellent daily drivers, and primary vehicles.

The purpose of a new or used conversion van is complex and is based on the needs of individual owners. Some owners choose to drive them because they prefer a vehicle with more interior room and a more spacious feel than other vehicles. Others drive them because they have large families and need the seating room. Then you do always have the people who do use it for long trips and vacation purposes.

Whatever purpose you have interest in a conversion van for; it is guaranteed to be able to fill that purpose. With seating for seven, four captain's chairs, and a rear bench seat with three seatbelts and which folds flat for sleeping, you are guaranteed to have plenty of comfortable seating.

Review of the Week: "Relaxed Sales Technique"

Larry,

What a nice ride back to Peoria in our 2011 Explorer High Top Conversion Van! Thank you so much for the relaxed sales technique you displayed on Saturday. It was nice that you had the two vehicles that we were interested in ready for our arrival. I liked that you gave us a few more options after listening to what we liked and what we did not like. By the time that we were close to making up our mind, it felt like we had taken all the possibilities into consideration. When it came down to the final deal, the additional GM incentive was icing on the cake.

We were both thankful knowing that the extension kit would be on the way and even better yet for the kids a few more wireless earphones. Honestly as far as a sales experience I would rate it as smooth "ten".

Thank you Larry and the entire team at Dave Arbogast!

Sincerely,

Brenda and Rick - Mapleton IL
The last family vacation I took with my parents was in 1994.

It was my dad's goal to take the entire family to Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. We had been there once when my sister and I were kids---now that we were grown, and my sister married, he wanted to take the whole family there. So we went.

We rented an 8 passenger van, which sounded like a good idea at the time. Eight seats, five adults, plenty of room, right? Uh, wrong. What we didn't figure was luggage and assorted other stuff for five adults. If you weren't sitting up front, you weren't very comfortable and that made a 6 hour drive feel like 15. Once we got to Tennessee, the trip was great, but the travel itself seemed endless.

How different that trip would be today, some 17 years later. It would be much easier in a Class B motorhome. We would have had all the conveniences of home, with plenty of room to spare.
