Mark was a true professional and absolutely joy to work with throughout the process. Was not pleased to see a mess left in the truck after it was supposed to be cleaned up. The truck was not cleaned when we picked it up. Tire pressure was not correct/consistent on all four tires.

My experience with Joshua Pierce was excellent. He spent extra time with my wife and I before and after the sale to make sure I understood the features of my new car. Additionally, he worked with me after I got home to insure that I got the My Buick App working properly (I'm no good with iPhones). He went as far personally making a video for me explaining how to set the adaptive cruse control. Overall, a truly great experience.

Historical, I have had very little trust and respect for car dealers and salespeople. Most treat people like they are idiots. The common line is,”I have to check with my manager “ a great stall tactic. Please don’t waste my time.
