We were greeted promptly by TJ, he had the truck we were interested in moved up by the building for our convenience. (it was raining) There was no typical salesman pressure like we had experienced at other dealerships. TJ was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and took a great deal of time with us.
We had to wait for the financial dept. to get out of a meeting and TJ sat and chatted with us while we waited. Vicki finally got started on our transaction. She was kind and courteous also.
We have no complaints at all. Everything was gone over with us from warranty info to free car washes!

We traded in our three vehicles for two used ones. Our salesman, John Weigel, worked hard to get us the prices we wanted. John is excellent to work with. We test drove three vehicles. When we finished with one vehicle, the next one was warmed up, and ready to go. John is very professional, and friendly. We have bought/leased many vehicles from Dave Arbogast over the years; and will continue to do so.

I worked with Joe on the purchase of my 2005 Yukon XL Denali. Joe was very courteous and patient with me during my purchase. I would and have referred other potential buyers to Joe knowing he will handle all of them in the same manner. Joe always followed up on anything that I had to have handled on my vehicle after the purchase as well.

Overall a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. Then I heard the sales manager get loud when he was talking about the amount they wanted to give me for it. I think what they gave me for it was fair but when you can hear the sales manager being loud about it all the way across the building it kind of makes you feel like your product wasn't as good as what they told you up front. The salesman was great and I liked working with him. The finance department was great and explained everyting ver well. Overall not a bad transaction.

This is an addition to our previous review: Wade Ellis in the customer service dept. was very knowledgeable and friendly and if we have problems in the future Wade is the man we would want to help us. Again, John Weigel was exactly what we wanted in a salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fair.

the dealership had the van we wanted, the price was right, the salesman was friendly and informative and treated us fairly. John was easy to work with and did not pressure us and we felt comfortable with him. We will reccommend him to our friends.There was problem with alignment so we had an appointment with customer service department directed by John and had the problem corrected to our satisfaction.

I started my search for a pre-owned car at Arbogast because I am from Troy and I was impressed with their inventory. But for the car I settled on, a Pontiac G6, they didn't have a color I liked, so I started looking elsewhere. I told the salesperson I worked with, Joe Bauman, that I would give him a final chance to win my business since he put so much time and effort into the sale.
I found a car I liked in Dayton, but I came back to give Joe one more chance and he really came through. He found a car in Indiana with exactly the features I wanted, and at a good price. He secured it, brought it to Troy, and got it ready for me. He even worked with me on the trade in.
All in all it was an excellent sales experiece and I was really impressed with Joe's professionalism and customer service. I would recommend Arborgast to others because of the positive experience Joe delivered.

In spite of the cold windy weather and constant downpour of snow I had a very pleasant experience at Dave Arbogast. They helped me find the car I was looking for and answered the questions I had. Their sales people were courteous and professional towards me, which I greatly appreciated. Further, they went out of their way to be both friendly and patient from the moment I stepped out of my car (the door was held open for me) till the moment I left (a firm handshake and a smile.) All of this helped turn what was a normal business transaction into what is now a well remembered trip. I would definitely recommend them if you want a friendly and low-pressure atmosphere in which to purchase or discuss automobiles.

My wife and I have purchased new vehicles across the state of Ohio, and by far Dave Arbogast Buick GMC is the best of the best in dealerships we have delt with. With their friedly professional salespersons, who cator to our needs, without the pressure sales. For the first time we felt very comfortable, and stress free with our latest purchase. As far as price, simply put! They can't be beat. We will certainly be back for years to come.
