Instead, these folks allow you to roam their lot and shop in peace. My parents and I traveled to this dealership to view their massive extension of conversion vans. What a nice ride back to Peoria in our 2011 Explorer High Top Conversion Van! Thank you so much for the relaxed sales technique you displayed on Saturday. It was nice that you had the two vehicles that we were interested in ready for our arrival. I liked that you gave us a few more options after listening to what we liked and what we did not like. By the time that we were close to making up our mind, it felt like we had taken all the possibilities into consideration. When it came down to the final deal, the additional GM incentive was icing on the cake.

We were both thankful knowing that the extension kit would be on the way and even better yet for the kids a few more wireless earphones. Honestly as far as a sales experience I would rate it as smooth "ten".

We recently purchased a used conversion van at the Dave Arbogast dealership in Troy Ohio. We would like to commend all of the nice folks who helped us with this purchase. I researched this company to insure that it was a reputable business prior to my purchase of a conversion van. Although I had several issues after the purchase, I can not emphasize enough the promptness and courteousness of both Larry Oaks,( my sales rep.) and the other staff involved.

The issues were resolved with the greatest professionalism and respect. I live in Maine, however, if the occasion arises that I need another vehicle at some time, I would not hesitate to take the time to fly out there again to make a purchase. I highly recommend this car dealership.

My Review of Dave Arbogast:

My husband did the original deal with Larry for the last van we purchased in 09. That was a good experience so he decided to try again. This time we needed one that would handle better in the snow. Larry had the solution...Just order one with AWD. We had no idea they put this in a full size van . He assured him we would be very pleased with it, it would not be any higher or harder to climb in and the gas use would not be any greater.He was right on all accounts.

I had never been a fan of car salesmen but after meeting Larry I had a change of heart. He knows people and his product. I was impressed that he was so down to earth and not pushy. All of the salesmen in our area make a pest of themselves all for a sale . this is a total turn-off for both of us. It's no wonder my husband decided to travel almost four hours to buy this van too. We'll be back again for the next one and possibly for a replacement for my Tahoe next year.
