My family got cars from arbogast a few years back, ever since then every time they’ve needed any work done, even if it’s just an oil change, the service consultants have been amazing. This most recent time Joey helped us out and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want for the car. He is very honest and will not try to overcharge you or over exaggerated the problem. Definitely recommend sticking with Dave Arborgast’s service center for any needs that may come up with your vehicle!

I had to drive 2 hours away to pick up this truck. They stayed open after hours to help me complete the purchase. Everything was done over the phone and or text message before driving out. They worked with me on price since I was debating on going to another dealer for the same truck. I would make the drive out there again.

I had a great experience buying a car here. We drove an hour and a half to get there and woukd go back again to buy another car. Zach was our salesman and he helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. We also worked with Dan in Finance. He gave us great recommendations and was never pushy about it. 4 days later I noticed an oil leak on garage floor. Due to going out of town for 3 of the 4 days I had not drove the Equinox yet. Only my husband had. Our salesman Ross provided great service with detailed information and instructions regarding the workings of our new car. We have bought several vehicles over the years at Arbogast and have always been very pleased with the quality of the service.
I had a horrible experience with another dealership last year. Dave Arbogast is a refreshing dealership that is truthful and knows how to fix problems with the car. My convertible top was not able to go up and down and they discovered what the problem was and ordered the part. Should be here in 2 weeks and then once again I can enjoy my convertible.

We purchased a used 2025 GMC Yukon. We absolutely love the car but I’m upset that it only came with one key. For the amount of money we paid for the car, a second key should have come with it. Now I have to pay $500 to get a new one made and time out of my day. Update: The dealership made it right and reimbursed me for key that I had to get made.

I came in to get a taillight fixed that went out. It was my first time coming here and the waiting lounge is very clean and nice. The staff are super friendly. It took about 45 mins. I was then charged a very reasonable amount. I will definitely be coming here again when I need service.

We have had 3-4 service department experiences and everyone has been bad. I am a former service advisor-I believe they have been dishonest at least 3 out of the 4 times. One guy I complained about to the service manager’s boss is now the service manager-and he was dishonest with us a few years back! It is sad-I would love to connect with the owner.
