Dave Arbogast Buick GMC saved us. If it wasn’t for Sheena‘s referral to Randy’s towing, we would have literally frozen on the side of I-75. Our Jeep broke down while towing an 12’ UHaul to Michigan from Tennessee and our insurance company failed to send help for over 2 1/2 hours when it was 2° outside. Arbogast did a fantastic job getting my vehicle in so quickly as I did not have an appointment when I drove in. They took my car in right away. They called me a couple hours later. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed and parts replaced by the mid-afternoon. I was so pleased with their pleasant and professional treatment of me and my vehicle under the circumstances. I was a very happy customer as a result.

They will take advantage of you. We had a family member go in to try to get a different vehicle with a lower payment. They walked out with a vehicle they did not want and a payment double what they were paying previously. How could anyone with a heart let this happen? I would never recommend someone buy a vehicle from Dave Arbogast.

We walked in 10mins before they closed (due to google being incorrect) we felt so bad but Mark said don’t worry about it at all, and he would make sure he got us taken care of. He was excellent, didn’t rush a single thing, very attentive, not pushy at all (my favorite part) and we left in the truck we wanted. He did an excellent job, make sure you ask for Mark!

Sales was fine. During the process sales guy was very responsive, within 5-10 minutes every text. After sale was finalized I would be lucky to get a response within the same day. No update on delivery or shipping, just had to sit quiet with my fingers crossed. I went in wanting to look at 2 specific vehicles. By the time I had given my license for the test drive Ted had both vehicles front and center ready for my comparison. Both Brandon and Ted gave us space to look at the cars but stayed close by in case we had any questions. Once I decided which car I preferred we discussed price. Unorganized. Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics.
6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their end. The issue- ineffective communication by the team at Dave Arbogast’s GMC.
When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively.
I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do.

Great experience on the purchase of a used car. We worked with Mark. 1000% reccomend paying him a visit if you are in the market. He understands your needs and will do his best to make sure you are getting everything you want. He makes you feel valued as a buyer. Every person we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. Mr York in finance was great as well. Dave Arbogast GMC is a totally different experience than anywhere else we've been. They should be your first (and only) stop.
Had a deal worked before going to this dealership. They reneged on my trade offer and then still took over 5 hours to get paperwork drawn up and ready for me to sign after I still agreed to get the vehicle. Then after signing I found damage they basically told me “tough luck. Go somewhere else to have it fixed”. Do not recommend.

While my car received the necessary services, which met expectations, I was disappointed to see that I was essentially charged $75 in labor to have the housing on my gas cap checked. Granted, I did ask for it to be checked to see what could be done, but $75 is ludicrous. It was so obviously dysfunctional that some kind of service would be required, but I lack the expertise and know-how to make an accurate determination. Recently I took my 2014 Enclave dead key fob to the Arbogast Parts Dept to buy a replacement. I had replaced the battery but it did not help. The manager took my remote, opened it up and cleaned the contacts and put it back together in just a few moments. It worked perfectly! I asked what do I owe him and he said no charge!
