Joe Bauman and Dave McMaken made our purchase of our new 3500 denali a breeze. In 2018 Joe Bauman made our purchase of our truck so easy. And they delivered it to us a few hrs away. Recently I took my 2014 Enclave dead key fob to the Arbogast Parts Dept to buy a replacement. I had replaced the battery but it did not help. The manager took my remote, opened it up and cleaned the contacts and put it back together in just a few moments. It worked perfectly! I asked what do I owe him and he said no charge! I found a vehicle online and Mike has been so professional, consistent with excellent communication, transparency and I found him to be an absolute pleasure to work with.
