Got this truck less than a year ago and had to spend $425 for someone to splice a wire for my tailgate button that has been bad since a month after I bought it. Also found out they said my rear brakes are bad and quoted me $900 to fix them when I haven’t even had it a year. I will never buy another vehicle from Arbogast. I have spent over $100k at this dealership over the last 6 years. You won’t see another dime

My family got cars from arbogast a few years back, ever since then every time they’ve needed any work done, even if it’s just an oil change, the service consultants have been amazing. This most recent time Joey helped us out and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want for the car. He is very honest and will not try to overcharge you or over exaggerated the problem. Definitely recommend sticking with Dave Arborgast’s service center for any needs that may come up with your vehicle!

I had to drive 2 hours away to pick up this truck. They stayed open after hours to help me complete the purchase. Everything was done over the phone and or text message before driving out. They worked with me on price since I was debating on going to another dealer for the same truck. I would make the drive out there again.

I had a great experience buying a car here. We drove an hour and a half to get there and woukd go back again to buy another car. Zach was our salesman and he helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. We also worked with Dan in Finance. He gave us great recommendations and was never pushy about it. I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at this dealership, particularly with how my husband’s concerns were handled by his service advisor, Joey.
My husband brought his truck in with only two weeks left on the warranty. He specifically explained the concerns he was having and asked that the truck be thoroughly gone through before the warranty expired. The entire purpose of the visit was to identify and address any potential issues while the warranty was still active.

Would not recommended that you purchase from this dealer. They are not wholly upfront with the condition of the vehicle. They made me feel comfortable and sent videos of the van I was purchasing. Whether through incompetence or deceit, many issues were not reported and were omitted in the walk through videos. Van arrived damaged and not in the condition described. They say, "My eyes are your eyes," but apparently their eyes cannot tell you the paint is peeling, the doors are not shutting properly and forget to see that the back of the seat has been damaged. ...
