Sleet, freezing rain, snow, ice, more sleet, high winds, when is it ever going to end?

It took me an hour to get the ice off my car this morning, and before I left work, it was covered again.  On top of that, now snow is moving into the area, and high winds are expected to cause numerous and long lasting power outages.

I didn’t sign up for this did you?

Some people enjoy this stuff but most of them live in Minnesota, or Wisconsin, or the Dakotas, or other places where they deal with this all the time. We don’t get enough of it to get used to it, and let me go on record I don’t like it one little bit.

It’s easy to sit around and do a little daydreaming about warmer weather and about being on the road. The Roadtrek Class B Camper van, the number one selling class B in North America for the past two decades, is the perfect vehicle to escape.

The great thing is it doesn’t matter where you are headed. While being a great family camper, the Roadtrek can easily double as your second vehicle. It works as well traveling across town as it does on cross country jaunts. At home, the uses for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and bed are endless—and on the road they mean never having to hunt down a restaurant or hotel, packing things in and out of the vehicle, and perhaps most importantly, no long lines at campgrounds or events.

When you throw in the fact that the Roadtrek is the easiest Class B van to handle in traffic, and can easily fit into a car-sized parking spot, it’s pretty easy to see why the Roadtrek has achieved its lofty status.

So when winter is at its worst, Roadtrek owners are still smiling. Smiling because they know that winter won’t last, and that they will be ready for the open road when those roads finally clear.
